Take a detour from the ordinary and visit "Atlantis." This spectacular home has been carefully designed to provide the utmost in style, comfort and practicality for large groups and events.
Upon arrival, one immediately notices the circular drive, perfect for easy turn around and depositing luggage or provisions. Gardens drape this area and the front porch, which immediately leads into the main entrance. The foyer is open and spans up to the third floor, making it the perfect point for an impressive entry.
Level two and three of the home include 18 master bedrooms, with two grand master suites that overlook the ocean, and a bridal suite with incredible ocean views, dressing room, and make-up area. A pool table may be found on level two, as well as game tables, and common spaces are ample. Bars may be found on each floor, and views of the Atlantic may be enjoyed from the dining and pub areas on level three. The kitchen is stocked for the most demanding gourmand.
The ground floor is home to six master bedrooms, a theater room, arcade, and a kitchenette with pass through windows perfect for service during events. The kitchenette is stocked with an ice machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and is designed to make things effortless for both hosts and vendors. A large common area leads to the covered terrace, opening into the pool complex.
This area is nothing short of an outdoor oasis and is thoughtfully devised to include a large pool and shallow area for the kids. Northerly adjacent to the pool deck is a three-story cabana, complete with a tiki bar, commercial style ice maker, covered lounging area, and rooftop deck, which links back to level two and three of the main home via wooden bridges. While relaxing on the rooftop, guests may enjoy ocean views and cold drinks on summer days. The pool is flanked to the east by a gazebo, which doubles as a wedding chapel. Stretching further east toward the ocean is a large lawn, perfect for events and tents. A dune deck perches at the top of the dune line, and is an amazing venue for a distinguished Outer Banks sunrise or wedding portrait. And if you want your furry friends to be part of your event, they are welcome in this pet-friendly home, fully equipped with a pet resort.
Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and activities, "Atlantis" is the perfect home for your next event or gathering. And with water everywhere, guests are sure to indulge in fishing and crabbing, quiet kayaking, robust surfing or parasailing, and that favorite, toes-in-the-sand enjoyment of the beach.

We loved having multiple decks which provided great views of the ocean from the second and third levels. This is also the perfect home to host your wedding. It would benefit mightily with a total refresh and update of its technology, etc. At its current price point I’d have to question if there’s enough value for the money."
