Throughout the three levels of the home, there are areas for gathering and spaces to retreat. Enter the bottom level of the home and entertainment awaits you! A rec room featuring a pool table, foosball table, and game table provide plenty of fun for all ages! Whether it’s a friendly game of billiards or poker night for the guys, there is no shortage of options. Just around the corner is a theater room that is sure to impress! With a large screen TV and stadium style seating, it will be even better than going to the movie theater! You literally kick back and relax in the reclining chairs which is perfect after a long day in the sun. Sleeping accommodations on this level include two king master bedrooms, and a bedroom with two duo bunksets and access to a full hall bath.
Just steps from the rec room is the large and inviting pool area. Take a refreshing dip in your own private pool or splash around with the little ones. Soak up the rays on the sun deck and when you need a break, relax in the shade of the poolside tiki bar with a cool drink. Find yourself at the beach in no time at all since you have a private walkway over the dunes. When the sun goes down, melt your cares away in the hot tub and gaze up at the stars.
On the mid-level, retreat to one of six bedrooms. A king master bedroom has access directly onto the oceanside deck and two additional king master bedrooms share a private balcony on the west side of the house. Another king bedroom and duo bunkset bedroom share a full bath, which is a perfect layout for parents and kids. The remaining bedroom offers two double beds and has a private bathroom; an ideal set-up for the teens in the group. A sitting area on this level offers a place to play a quiet game or watch TV.
On the very top level is the main gathering area in the house. Two dining areas are situated to take in the views of the ocean, the perfect backdrop to any meal. The living area includes a gas fireplace and comfortable couches. The real heart of any home is the kitchen. The kitchen at Royal Atlantic leaves nothing to be desired. A large bar with seating allows for easy conversation during meal preparation. The chef of the group will have the ultimate cooking experience! This kitchen boasts double ovens, two refrigerators, a stove, and plenty of counter space. Just down the hall is a study for those that need to stay connected to work. Let the head of the family truly unwind in the premier master bedroom in the home. With beautiful furnishings including a king bed and a sitting area, there is no better place to retire for the evening. The private bathroom includes a tile shower, whirlpool tub, and double vanity.

The pool area is very spacious and there is no problem accommodating a large group. We had an issue that one of the air conditioners went out. Twiddy and Company were very prompt getting that fixed for us. I would recommend this home and Twiddy and Company."
