A private outdoor oasis invites you to take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax with a cold beverage poolside. Make your way to the beach just feet from your doorstep to feel the sand between your toes. The home’s prime location offers convenience for those wishing to venture out and explore the area. The Wright Memorial, plenty of options for shopping and dining, and mini-golf and other family activities all lie within a short drive.
A plethora of windows in the spacious great room allow the incredible, 180-degree ocean views to take center stage during meals and other family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen was designed with cooking for a crowd in mind with two cooktops, two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, and two sinks. Several dining tables and comfortable barstool seating at the counter allow everyone to be together and comfortable while dining. A total of 10 master bedrooms with private attached baths provide all the comfort and privacy you seek for a multi-family vacation while multiple gathering spaces ensure plenty of room for spending time with loved ones. Those staying in the mid-level's east facing rooms will have prime, unobstructed views of the ocean and direct deck access. The bottom level of the home was designed for fun and entertainment, and even here on the first level ocean views will catch your eye while enjoying the amenities. A spacious rec room offers a pool table and multiple TVs to keep guests of all ages entertained for hours on end. A kitchenette with full-size refrigerator ensures that snacks and drinks are never far from reach during billiards tournaments and movie nights. A convenient freestanding ice maker helps keep your beach cooler packed and your drinks cold. When it comes time to wind down for the evening, grab some popcorn and head over to the media room to screen the latest flick and lounge in the large, comfortable sofa.

"There were so many aspects of this home that we loved! Its location right on the beach was amazing with the private path right down to the water. The pool is gorgeous with its privacy fence, numerous chairs, refrigerators and entertainment area so inviting for a large group! Having an elevator in this large home was incredible, and we used it frequently. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and comfortable, too. Probably the most incredible parts of the house are its large common areas. The great room next to the kitchen was our gathering place, and the kitchen was incredible with multiple cooking spaces, dishwashers, refrigerators, and microwaves. We can't forget the spacious media room with its televisions, pool table, bar area and couches. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay!"
"Our family of 28 enjoyed this spacious home. Plenty of room for all in large sitting/dining areas. The pool was big enough for our large group. Parking situation was a disappointment. We had to rearrange cars every day. Claims parking for 12 we had 8 vehicles. A wider parking area would be nice. Gas grills were not clean and out of gas. Policy to exchange gas tanks and get reimbursed later should be changed. When you pay $31k for a home you shouldn’t be responsible to replace the gas tanks. A wooden walk way to beach would be nice. Despite these few issues this was a great house, fully equipped, great location, great view of the ocean. Would stay again."

We were a little nervous if the house would be as pictured in the on-line site as some were from 2017 but you knocked it out of the park!"

One thing noteworthy to future renters, it says there is parking for 12. That's technically true however, there is convenient parking for only 7 or 8, more vehicles then that and now you face moving a vehicle(s) to let another one out We'd certainly stay here again and actually are seriously thinking of doing so."
