Lose yourself in over 10,000 luxurious square feet in this New England Style oceanfront estate! Along with the stunning architecture, which includes fine materials from around the world, the homeowners have put immense thought into comfort while tailoring their vacation home to large families.
The attention to detail is apparent starting with the exterior, which boasts stunning architectural details, including a copper cupola, an oversized, hand-carved mahogany door from Honduras, and dolphin fountain in the private pool. The luxurious details continue upon entering the home. Upscale materials such as mahogany woods, stone, bamboo, and teak used throughout the home add to its extravagance. Glass tile, slate, onyx, Jerusalem limestone and Carrera marble in the bathrooms add to the allure of this stately manor.
A large dining room table allows the entire family to enjoy meals together. Rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. Geothermal climate control ensures everyone’s comfort. The gourmet kitchen, which includes two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ovens, and six-burner commercial stove with griddle and pot filler, is the perfect place to cook a meal for a crowd. Amenities for every age and interest abound in the outdoor area, including a large private pool with dolphin fountain, hot tub, shallow area for kids with fountain, luxury lounge furniture, multiple playsets, private beach walkway with gazebo, and an impressive poolside cabana with a wet bar, living area, fireplace, and large dining table. Inside the home boasts an exciting game room with arcade game, basketball, skeeball, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, TVs, and kitchenette with full-size refrigerator. A fitness room with exercise equipment and a theatre room with seating for 18 add to the plethora of amenities.
Access level three of the home by the custom-made mahogany grand staircase or the 8-foot custom mahogany elevator, which has glass windows for a view of the rotunda and stair hall. On this level, you will find seven uniquely decorated master bedrooms and double laundry facilities. Four of the bedrooms offer views of the Wright Brothers National Memorial.
The heart of the home can be found on level two, where entertainment and gathering areas unite to create treasured vacation memories. Upon entering the estate, you will find yourself admiring the stunning foyer, complete with grand piano. This level includes a library with a pool table, 18-seat theatre room, gourmet kitchen, dining room with seating for up to 22, living room with views of the ocean, and a king master suite that includes a private deck.
Entering the home on level one, you will also find yourself in an incredible foyer with a hallway that leads you to the pool area. The exercise room and equipped game room can be found on this level as well. Evening fun is assured in the game room that includes a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, and skeeball. A kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator ensures that snacks and drinks are close. The kids will love staying in the custom-built nautical bunk bedroom.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are indescribable, they are so beautiful. My family lived like the “Rich and Famous” for a week. We even had a family volleyball tournament. The location can’t be beat. We walked to the grocery store (Publix) and a restaurant. Restaurants and shopping minutes away."
