Enter on the lower level of the home and just down the hall is a rec room with plenty of activities to keep the kids and adults having fun for hours! Challenge your family to a friendly game of pool or foosball. When it’s not your turn, grab a seat at the bar and cheer on your favorite family member or enjoy a nice cold beverage from the conveniently located kitchenette. The men of the house can have a real “guy’s night” around the poker table. At night, cuddle up with your family for movie night in the theatre room. With stadium seating, a projector, and black-out curtains, it will feel just like being at the movies!
Also on the lower level you will find sleeping accommodations including a king and queen master bedrooms each with a private bathroom. There is also a bedroom for the kids which offers two duo bunk sets and access to a semi-private bathroom. A laundry area is also conveniently located downstairs.
Through the rec room, find quick and easy access to your own private pool! Complete with plenty of space for lounging in the sun, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, or splashing around in the pool, you will find yourselves enjoying the outside all day long! A separate sun deck on top of the poolside tiki bar is for those really looking to perfect their tan. You can find yourself playing frisbee on the beach or swimming in the Atlantic within minutes by using your own private walkway over the dunes!
The mid-level of the home offers oceanside facing decks and seven bedrooms, four with their own private bathrooms. With plenty of bedding options, there is sure to be the perfect fit for everyone in your group!
Ride the elevator to the top floor from any level of the house, and find an expansive great room that is both beautifully decorated and practical for hosting a large family gathering. The kitchen has plenty up upgrades for even the most discerning of chefs, including double ovens, two refrigerators, and a large countertop with bar seating. Gather the family into the dining area for a delicious meal while taking in the views of the Atlantic just outside your window. A comfortable living area with a cozy gas fireplace offers additional space for gathering together. A study upstairs offers privacy for those who need to stay connected to work. The ultimate master bedroom is also on the top level and offers a see-through gas fireplace, sitting area, and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate shower and double vanity.

"It's a great house. Plenty of rooms, pool is a good size, easy access to the beach. We like the KDH location. The house just needs some TLC here and there as probably most rentals do. I wouldn't think anyone would be disappointed other than some fixes here and there. Overall it gets a big thumbs up."
"Another great week in the books and I appreciate how well TwiddyCo keeps us informed. However, the air conditioning on the bottom floor never was fixed very well. We did call a couple of times and was told they were on the way. Might want to contact your maintenance folks."
"This is a beautiful home and our favorite of 7 years so far. Had all the amenities we look for and we heated the pool to get better use of it. We used the cabana for my grandsons birthday party. I do wish there was more pots, pans, skillets, platters, bowls etc. There were 20 people here and we never had enough. We would consider staying here again, but we love exploring our options!"
