Take a “Beach Break” at this well-appointed oceanfront home! Gorgeous ocean views and salty breezes are yours to enjoy throughout your stay at this beachfront house. With a great location and sought-after amenities, your entire family will enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation.
On the top level of the home, the great room features many ocean-facing windows to allow the beautiful view to fill the room. Catch up with loved ones in the comfortable living area, which includes a gas fireplace for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, just stock groceries. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the nearby dining area. The wet bar and coffee bar with a beverage refrigerator allows convenient access to beverages. Make your morning coffee and head outside onto the deck to watch a beautiful Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean. There is plenty of room on the deck for your entire group to relax, either in the sunshine or under the covered area. Two dishwashers are helpful when cleaning up after big family dinners. Getting groceries and luggage from the ground floor up to the second and third levels is made easier by using the elevator. There are two master bedrooms on the third floor of the home, each with a private bathroom. A half bathroom can also be found on the top floor.
Five additional master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located on the second floor of the home. Two of the master bedrooms have access to the covered deck. Take family movie night to a new level in the theatre room. The den includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, so snacks and cold drinks can always be found. Two coffee bars with a beverage refrigerator ensure that there won’t be a long wait for everyone to get their morning caffeine fix. The laundry room is also available on the middle level of the home. Entry to the home, as well as the elevator, are located on the ground floor.
The detached rec room will surely be the fun place to hang out, with a pool table, arcade game, and basketball game. Outside, fun in the sun will be on your agenda. Take a dip in the refreshing salt water pool, or enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The private walkway to the beach is just across the pool area. When you’re ready for a break from the water, there is an outdoor game area that includes a putting green, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole, and a pickleball court. When you’re ready for a break from the sun, the poolside cabana is equipped with a wet bar, TV, grilling area, and a half bathroom for convenience.
Located on a quiet street in Southern Shores, the home is convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions in both Duck and Kitty Hawk. Make vacation memories while taking a “Beach Break” with your family in this lovely oceanfront home!

"This house was beautiful…..my family has been renting houses on the outer banks for 6 years and this is by far the cleanest house we have had!!! Also the best stocked and organized kitchen! Tons of pots and pans in great condition! So many dishes and utensils EVERYTHING you need! Great pantry. Amazing beach access. The house included a room full of beach “stuff” (chairs, sand toys, pool games) this room was well lite and also very clean. The 2 outdoor showers were huge and not 1 cobweb or any dirt to be found. There is a bathroom outside which looked like a bathroom in the house. All outdoor furniture was in great shape. Tons of games/things to do. The only cons we had were….the two master bedrooms on the top level were not Oceanside and did not have balconies. The game room is not in the house, the beds were not the best. The house comes with 2 washers/dryers. 1 washer and dryer were broken during our stay."

The views on the top floor are amazing, the kitchen is phenomenal and the reading/coffee nook off the kitchen was a favorite during our stay. In addition, the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with the most comfortable beds. The bottom floor is a dream with so much to do; an enclosed game room with Golden tee, pool/ hot tub, darts, ping pong table, shuffle board and even a putting green! Beach Break is less than ten minutes to get to after crossing over the bridge. Can’t wait to get back!"

"Beach Break was a great for our February girls' getaway, despite the colder weather. The house had an elegant vibe that immediately made us feel at home. With its beautiful decor and comfy furnishings, it was the perfect place!. The bedrooms were very comfortable and each adjoining bathroom has very high-end details. The kitchen was incredible! We had everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were stunning— watched from comfortable couches. The location of Beach Break was convenient, with a quick drive to nearby shops and restaurants. We had a great time exploring the area. Overall, Beach Break exceeded our expectations!
